The role is about running and growing our socials, engaging with the community, and shaping our institutional DeFi voice.

This role is a big chance for you people to get introduced even deeper into the crypto world. You’ll be working directly with our CMO, with full freedom to shape strategies, create content, and grow our voice in the space over all our socials — directly working hand in hand with the blockchain foundations.
Your mission: help us grow our visibility across Web3 — from Twitter (X) and LinkedIn to Reddit and beyond.
What You’ll Do

• Community engagement: Dive deep into crypto communities, contribute to discussions, and build authentic relationships.
• Social media management: Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Content ownership: Turn complex DeFi and infrastructure topics into content that people actually understand and care about.
• Direct ecosystem contact: Work with blockchain foundations (Chainlink, Solana, Pyth, Supra and others) to amplify our presence and collaborations.
• Strategy & growth: Shape and execute strategies to increase visibility, grow followers, and establish Blocksize’s voice as a trusted leader in DeFi infrastructure.
